This newsletter goes into depth about what macronutrients and micronutrients are and why they are important. The first part of the newsletter breaks down macronutrients into its three parts: carbohydrates, protein, and fats. The second part of the newsletter is about micronutrients and breaks that down into fat soluble and water soluble vitamins. It tells you where you can get both in terms of foods and supplementation.
